Have you heard of Voki? It is an awesome free site that allows users to create their own avatars. The uses are endless. I made a few video clips featuring my cats, Georgia and Dakota, summarizing important information we had learned that week. The kids typed their stories and had their avatar read them aloud. It really helped the students with editing and story structure. Check it out and tell me how you could use this in your classroom!
